May 7, 2015 – Poison Springs State Forest Sand Barren & Oak-Pine Forest Preserve, Chidester, Ouachita County, Arkansas

Mark your calendars, a botanical field trip is planned for the Poison Springs State Forest Sand Barren & Oak-Pine Forest Preserve on May 7. The preserve includes about 435 acres of sandhill barrens and woodland vegetation supporting many rare species.
